416 BUILD ARRANGEMENT

Arrangement Type

INLINE BUILD
For this assembly, both the plates will be assembled with the same direction. The Positive and Negative terminal is facing each other, thus it provide easier cable termination.
Caution: To prevent short circuit, it is advisable to cover one of the terminal during installation.

ALTERNATE BUILD
With this assembly, both the plates is facing opposite direction. Hence Positive and Negative terminal is far apart. This arrangement is great for those who consider to have more balancing on the battery load. Another advantage is you can adjust the M5 screws without blocking other plates.

LINKING

Bridging from one pack to another is really easy with additional Nickel Connect plate. Whether you connect in series or parallel, the same technique is applied.

MOUNTING OPTION
Each 416 pack comes with 2 mounting holes on each plate.. Either can be use for wall or platform secure mounting.

PARALLEL AND SERIES CONNECTION
416 Pack can be horizontally or vertically placed to suit your needs. Typically most standard configuration will be horizontally mount. When the configuration grow, number of pack increases, vertically mount will helps to save space.
The magic on the 416 is on the 2 x 5 screws, it can be use as a parallel or series connection using the Connect plate when mounted flat next to each or it can use as a back to back connection when doing bigger pack assembly. It very versatile and simple.
