In search of Solderless solution, it has given me plenty of ideas and also failures. Many ideas and designs did not turn out to be reality even thou it look pretty and functional. Many hours has spend on research and understand the arrangement and how its going to be mechanically and electrically connected.
Using Modelling to visualise and understand where the problem comes from has really helps for this 416 OFPPk project. Almost all the thinking, testing, correcting, buying except fabricating is done all by myself. The research that goes into this is quite substantial.
I open up all the details and show you what I found and how I correct it.. Hopefully you can have more confident while using it.
I hope you can respect all the details, concept and drawing/images on this website Not to be used elsewhere or replicate in any means.

DISCLAIMER
Please note that this is a DIY Kit not a complete product. Thou this kit is design to accommodate the density of for a battery pack, it does not warranty any electrical performance outcome and degradation factor.

SAFETY AND PRECAUTION
Please take note that this is an Open Frame design, the person/installer Must have basic electrical knowledge of putting this pack together. All polarity must be correctly placed and double-check before the whole pack is put together. As this is open frame design, most connection is Open.
Precaution is needed to be housed or separate from any conductive material, including water or rain.
During charging stage, battery temperature may increase. It is advice to have a temperature monitoring system in-place for fail safe setup.
When the packs gets bigger, the current carrying on the cables will be more, hence using thick cables is necessary to prevent losses as well as heat buildup. Do your own calculation before going forward.

Lithium batteries in battery pack can produce extremely high power. These batteries MUST be handled with proper care as misuse, improper use, or careless use will not only damage the batteries but may result in fire or injuries.

PMMA specs:
It can be used continuously in a temperature range of ~170-190°F (76-87C) . It begins to soften between 210-220°F (98-104C) and starts to melt between 300-315°F(148-157C). Acrylic sheet can withstand temperatures down to -20°F without noticeable changes in properties.
